Boronia is a bushy evergreen shrub, up to 6 ft. in height (approximately 2 metres), that has an abundance of beautifully fragrant flowers. The colouring is unique in that the petals are brown on the outside, and yellow on the inside. It is a wild plant used for this aboslute oil and it frequently fails to flower. Hybrids which are grown all over Australia, do not provide the oil. Boronia Absolute is possibly the world’s rarest oil.
